• To do all things with excellence. To provide the community a dance school with excellent teachers, excellent instruction, and excellent communication.

• To instruct students with professionalism in the highest quality of dance technique, while encouraging, motivating and building self confidence, instilling in them a life-long love for dance.

• To model, teach and encourage the character qualities of respect, self-discipline, teamwork, integrity, honesty, love, hard work, responsibility, and joy! To always discourage criticism, harshness, sarcasm, put-downs or showing favoritism.

• To keep superior customer service a priority so our staff, parents, students and families all feel appreciated, cared for and well informed.

• To commit to provide conservative costuming, music and age-appropriate movement in an atmosphere of Judeo-Christian ethics and values, striving to honor God in all things.
